We now have a prolific open-air kitchen tucked into the back of the market that cranks out great tasting locally-based dishes daily.  These prepared foods are made from the seasonal ingredients that we carry in the market, so they change weekly with the seasons.  We offer a variety of hot and cold lunches, as well as a number of grab-and-go items.  Consistent with our mission statement, you can count on the following parameters for all the foods prepared here:
