A core part of our mission is to pursue outreach work that promotes the benefits of eating healthy, local foods, and to work with community institutions to incorporate these foods into their dining programs. We currently work with the following partners towards this end:
Maine General Health, Waterville Public Schools, The Muskie Center, Messalonskee High, Selah Tea, Colby College
Please contact us if you would like to partner with us for the following types of activities:
- Holding cooking classes and distributing healthy recipes
- Hosting local foods tastings, demonstrations, and education
- Purchasing local ingredients
- Co-sponsoring events
We are happy to do things on-site in our downstairs event space, or to travel off-site to your location.
