As a non-profit market with only three paid employees, we rely heavily on volunteer help from community members. Our volunteers assist us with the many daily tasks at the market, which range from stocking and pricing goods, to prep-cooking and creating signs. If you have special skills or interests, tell us because we like to cater tasks to these.
We recommend one or two 2-3 hour shifts per week as a volunteer. It is better if you can pick a specific time, but we completely understand that some schedules are unpredictable and we are happy to accept volunteers with flexible hours.
