Foods range from fruit and cheese plates to sautéed tofu and roasted free range chickens, and we can accommodate groups of just about any size.

Thank you so much for donating a fresh food basket for our Valentine’s Day Talent Show. Our rehearsal is this Saturday and I am really looking forward to seeing the line-up!
I will try to stop in this afternoon to bring you a poster for the show and pick up a business card from you to put it our program advertisements. Can you give me an approximate dollar value for the gift basket? You could either e-mail that amount back to me or let me know when I come by.

Dr. Morgan Titus Rau has a naturopathic medical clinic in central Maine. Her focus as a naturopathic doctor and home-birth midwife is on women's wellness and pediatrics. At Maine Family Natural Health she specializes in diagnosis and individualized treatment of men, women, and children with acute and chronic diseases. She offers Homeopathy, Botanical Medicine, Nutrition Counseling, Diet and Lifestyle Consultation, Naturopathic Mobilization Techniques, Exercise Therapeutics, Hydrotherapy, and Flower Essences. Dr. Titus Rau completed a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Women’s Studies at the University of Maine in 2001. She is a 2005 doctorate graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon, the oldest accredited naturopathic medical school in the country. She completed her midwifery coursework at NCNM, and her births with Certified Professional Midwives in Oregon and Maine. Dr. Titus Rau is Secretary of the Maine Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She teaches Nutrition and Well-Woman Care at Birthwise Midwifery School, and presents health-related lectures to the public statewide. 25 Events on February 25, 2012 Csa Fair Starts: 11:00 am Ends: February 25, 2012 - 2:00 pm Location: Barrels Market Description: CSA is short for Community Supported Agriculture. CSAs take many forms, but the basic premise is that people sign up directly with farmers and producers to pre-pay for a generous portion of their harvest. This then takes the form of weekly pickups/deliveries of produce baskets, discounts at farmstands and markets, or other creative ways of delivering fresh goods throughout the season directly from the producer to the customer. Come to Barrels to meet a dynamic group of farmers and producers in the greater Waterville area that are offering CSA shares. You can come to ask questions, meet producers, and sign up for the CSA of your choice that day if you like. With our ever-centralizing international food system, there are few better ways to support sustainable practices, get to know where your food comes from, and contribute directly to the local economy.
